This Easter Sunday we dyed eggs, had the sister missionaries over for dinner, and threw together a last minute egg hunt. I don't know why, but Easter kind of crept up on us this year....and it was three weeks later than it was last year. Oh well. It was kind of more like I forgot that we do things on Easter - like an egg hunt, and an easter basket. We still had fun. Last year we started the tradition of reading scriptures at dinner about Jesus' life, death, and resurrection. This year Kellen was in charge of that. We read scriptures specifically about the resurrection and he talked about how we will be resurrected too, because of Jesus. I love that tradition.
Oh, we also watched the Easter video the church put together. We loved it! And then we watched a few I'm A Mormon videos.
