Secrets of the Baby Whisperer

I have been wanting to share about this book for a while so I'm sitting down to do it right now! I know that there are a lot of really helpful baby books out there, and I just wanted to share about this one in case anyone hasn't heard about it or they're wondering about it. Basically, I just love this book. I love Tracy Hogg's philosophy with kids which is to listen to them and accept them for who they really are, look at how you're actions are affecting the baby, and then go from there. She talks about helping your baby get onto a schedule that is best for them and for you and to do that without having to let him cry and still helping your baby learn to be independent. I just really like her philosophies. I would definitely recommend reading through the whole book so that you get the whole idea of Tracy Hogg's ideas. I haven't used everything out of her book because there is a lot, but I've used what I have felt good about and it has just been oh so helpful! Right now I'm reading "Secrets of the Baby Whisperer for Toddlers" and loving this one as well.
Anyway, thanks for letting me share that!

ERIN!! I love this book too!! I swear it is the best book to have. Do you have her other book about all you need to know and all your questions answered? (I cannot remember the title) Anyway, I love that book too. Abigail is such a happy baby, and I really believe it is because Paul and I decided from the start that we were going to implement most of her ideas and philosophys. Everyone always asks why she is so happy and I always say that alot of it is becasue of the book. She still sleeps 12 hours straight through the night...no waking and has since she was 3 months. Anyway, I totally agree and I am so glad you are hooked! Anyway, we will have to talk soon. We have good internet now so we should get the kids together sometime on skype. Love ya xxx
