This one's for you babe!

Well Kellen has a final on Monday which he is studying for today. Usually on Saturdays he only studies in the morning, but he'll probably study until later tonight. I've been trying to think of something I could do for him after he got home tonight to help ease some tension and I think what I'll do is give him a back or foot rub and let him read a post all about him.

I just love Kellen so much! I find myself sometimes randomly writing that statement in my journal. He's just so fun, funny, sincere, an excellent listener, and my best friend. I thought I would give an update on Kellen and give Cole a break from being updated:)

Right now Kellen is doing quite well in school. He is effectively studying which is a feat in its
self since he hasn't needed to study too much in the past. He keeps himself on a schedule and that is part of what makes his studying more effective. He's done with school every day at 6:00pm and that's nice for me and Cole as well as Kellen. He loves med school and is excited to be able to help people some day as a doctor.

Kellen plays hard too. At least once a week he gets other med students together and they play basketball. As of right now he has two big bruises on his knees and his left shin area is swollen. He's come home with other injuries as well, but I can't remember them. He loves his basketball. This bruise came from a dunk he did which he wants to tell about once we have some pictures and a video from it (it's a pretty sweet story). In addition to playing sports, he has suddenly become obsessed with buying sports memorabilia off craig's list and on ebay for good deals so he can sell them later. He has bought lots of basketball cards (we have a few shoe boxes full) and some autographed things like balls, hats, and cards. For about a week he was coming home everyday letting me know he had bought something else. He has decided right now to lay off on the buying and focus on selling these things now. He makes me laugh.

This is what Kellen looks like pretty well every Sunday. I'm in the primary so Kellen takes care of Cole for all of church, and does a great job. So, he's running after and constantly keeping an eye on him during Sunday School and Priesthood. I'm pretty sure it's also his week catching up to him by the time church is over. I'm so grateful for all that he does all throughout the week, not just Sundays. He does such a great job in taking care of both me and Cole!

For me, Kellen does so much. He is so supportive and I am so thankful to him for it. He helps me through my emotional days, my exhausted days, and any other types of days. He is the best listener I know and he's always eager to hear whatever I want to tell him. I love him for that!

Kellen plays with Cole so well. One of my very favorite things to do is to watch those two wrestle in the evenings. Kellen also feeds Cole, changes his diapers, gets him ready for bed, and puts Cole to bed all very well. He's good at showing Cole he loves him -and Cole love his daddy.

I love Kellen with all my heart and am so thankful that I have been blessed to be his eternal companion. I love you Kellen! And good luck with your test and studying for it!
